Today was an insurance independent medical review on our 104 year old mother. She was treated with respect (and awe as she cares for herself physically and mentally), kindness and gentle care. Dr Meissner explained the purpose of the exam and explained the difference this exam would be from a normal one given by her PCP. His office staff was pleasant and cared about her comfort.
