DMC Heart Hospital

Dr Ansok & Marsha This is a really nice hospital with wonderful staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. The Heart Hospital side was outstanding -- clean, spacious, and staffed with people who clearly care about their patients. My only complaint is that the pedestrian bridge is limited to staff only. There was no indication of this until after parking and walking all the way to the bridge. It was freezing outside, and access to the bridge for patients and visitors would be an appreciated gesture. At the very least, a sign or notice beforehand would make a big difference, especially for those coming in for surgery or accompanying someone with mobility issues. Other than that, it was a great experience with great people.

Came here with my aunt who has serious heart problems. I don't know why they made the walk so long. You have to walk across the hospital, across the hospital again to get to the elevators and then walk even more. I'm not a patient here but that's A LOT of walking for a person who has heart issues.

Had to come here multiple times over the last few years. Must have authorization from insurance company that I call days before to make sure it's sent but they never have. I also use Colwell health and the always have. I have to take a day off from work then reschedule. It's ridiculous.

We just got here and we were not on the schedule for the heart catheterization. They quickly found the error and got us on the schedule. Things are progressing at a very timely manner, and the staff has been very professional and helpful.

I'm getting the same experience that I have gotten this entire time since the surgeries that destroyed my hand my dominant hand . I'm letting you know whomever is reading this these people still haven't investigated anything and have not sent me any emails in response to and no one at DMC or Tenant healthcare Mary Ann Kruger knows who I am and the games she played saying was even a patient at any DMC facilities. As you see look through several pages of evidence that shows that was truly a lie to prevent me from getting compensated at all not even a we are sorry or any people saying anything from either company. The two CDC doctors that were there one visit a d seen my hand and was taken away by the site of my hand they seen how Dr Sai left my hand open wide open . Then doctor Zenberg called me personally and he knows he did and rushed me to a another surgery which at the appointment before the correction surgery he told me about a sticky note that he read that was attached to my file . That read the reasoning of Dr Sai in attempting to cover up is negligence.
