I started with the Medical Assistant Shauntae Joiner, SUCH A PLEASURE, attentive and she listened.... I greatly appreciate that.... She took her time and made sure I had all I needed and that all questions were answered. Dr. Kaki, he was a Gem. First meeting him in the hospital after my surgery, he checked on me before discharge, and very attentive to my needs when it came to my follow up. He answered all my questions and followed up with me on some paperwork to be sure all was well. GREATLY APPRECIATIVE.....

The wait times must have been atrocious. We just spent an hour waiting to be seen.I let reception know my mom was on oxygen and we needed the office oxygen.. Again after 40 minutes, I stated that my mom needed oxygen, that hers was running out...nothing. After an hour, I cancelled the appointment and left. I called to leave a message for Dr Kaki. The receptionist has been harassing me since. So unprofessional. Really, who pays who?
