Patient
I waited ten minutes in line just to be seen, even though I already checked in online. The front desk ladies were attempting to communicate with an older Arabic speaking woman who speaks broken English. I waited for an Arabic speaking worker to show up but no one did so I offered to translate to get the line moving. The staff here doesn't know how to pronounce Arabic names. They were choking over names like Yousef and Khaled and Zeinab and mispronouncing them; I would recommend cultural sensitivity training and professional development because they're in the heart of Dearborn and at least 50% of their patients are Arabic speaking. I was very surprised to see that in the two years I've been coming here they have yet to hire an Arabic speaking person at the front desk. I have now been waiting for over an hour and was told that I'm "next" but 3 other people already went in.
