This facility is top notch. My appointment was scheduled quickly and and my time in and out was very reasonable. Pam at the front dance is very helpful and friendly. Keisha is very nice as well. I needed some paperwork from Dr. Sattar and it was delivered immediately. Everyone at the facility was very nice. I am fortunate to have found a genuinely caring medical staff and office staff.

If I could give zero stars I would, but they don't have this option. Had an appointment today 8/27/2025 for a stress test. Showed up 15 minutes early. Paid my co-pay and waited for an hour before even getting taken to a room. Then a doctor comes in and reviews my meds. They had no idea I was a new patient. Then I was asked if I needed and refills. I said no and they were ready to send me on my way, have a good day let us know if you need anything. I asked, what about my stress test? Reply: your what? The whole reason I was there for. Then they say they will do it the same day and asked me to wait even longer. Then after two hours of being there they tell me they can't do my test because my insurance denied it for the same day. Weren't you supposed to know what I was there for and have gotten insurance approval prior to? Then they offer to do my test in a month. A month? I paid and wasted my whole morning and they did nothing. I could be dead in a month. If you're smart, never go to this office, ever! I'm about to dispute my co-pay with my bank. They are not getting paid to do nothing for me. Totally unprofessional service. I feel bad for their current patients. This office just wants to get paid and see you on your way.

I was hesitant about coming here because Dearborn is iffy when it comes to diversity. IFYKYK! The staff at Ark are so caring, pleasant, and professional. They had appointments much sooner than most specialists. I felt welcomed and treated like a person at each visit, not just a patient! Thank you ark for getting me everything I needed!

If I could give negative stars, I would. For my husband's first visit, they made him wait almost two hours after his scheduled time - no explanation or apology. The next time, it was 90 minutes. The office staff just seem over it and are borderline rude and condescending in person and on the phone. He has a new doctor and just tried to get his records/testing faxed over. They simply refuse to help unless you come in. Plus, their parking lot is treacherous and will result in damage to your car. It's worth it to drive to U of M or go north.

Unfortunately, the opposite of the Trenton location when it comes to office staff. The office staff seemed annoyed when I called about an appointment and/or records. Weird that UofM Cardiovascular didn't respond that way! Please do better.
