Lakes Cardiology - Dr. Jay Kozlowski, MD

Misdiagnosed not once but twice within 10 days,was admitted to st joes in pontiac for 3-4 days shortly after. Cardiologist affiliated from this office did "rounds" on me in addition to normal cardiology consult at emergency admission that I NEVER requested and now they want to bill me for it? Just racked up bills with zero treatment. Would not reccomend.

I'm so happy to have found Dr. Jay... wonderful experience! There is a lot of anxiety involved in dealing with cardiac issues and his demeanor is so calm and reassuring (he's also very humorous). He was very thorough and the scheduling for both the initial and appointment and testing was very quick. Results were also timely. I hope to not need his services in the future, but if I do, I will certainly be back to see him and recommending his office to people I know.

Dr. Jay was instrumental in arranging the best surgeon for my heart surgery. He is a very nice guy, personable, and knows his medicine. Dr. Jen, his PA, is also very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff is also nice and professional, and has handled and made easy many interactions over the past 3 years.

Dr Jay is one of the most caring and kind physicians I have ever met. He takes a genuine interest in you and listens to you and your concerns I've been going to him for years and love how he explains everything in terms you can understand. He's the best!

Dr. Kozlowski discovered my heart problem and quickly directed me to a surgeon for a successful CABG Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. 4 day hospitalization, home rehabilitation and out patient cardio rehabilitation monitored by Dr. J and Jen. What more can you say about someone who has. literally, saved your life. Highly recommend the care provided by Lakes Cardiology Staff.
