I have been seeing Dr Schaeffer for a few years now. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He never talks down to me or makes me feel like my concerns are not being heard. His staff is always friendly and caring. I rarely have to wait for an appointment (scheduled) and they can usually fit you in if you need something quickly. I also appreciate that he follows up when he says he is going to. His communication is top-tier. I will always get a phone call with my lab results- even though they are in the e-chart! My calls get returned, my messages get responded to, and my questions get answered. I trust him and his opinion. I can confidently say he is the best doctor have ever work with.

Check in and check out was quick. I always enjoy seeing Brandi in the office. She always remembers me and has such a positive attitude. Love that Dr Schaeffer always asks how my summer is doing and what I have done. Very friendly and very personable.

The wait time to see the Dr was very short. The medical team is very on point, takes time to listen and talk to you about your concerns, not rushed through the appointment!
