Outstanding Experience with Dr. Rajesh C. Gulati I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Rajesh C. Gulati, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Gulati is truly exceptional--his attentiveness, expertise, and genuine concern for his patients set him apart. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel completely at ease. His professionalism and compassionate approach created an environment where I felt confident in my care. The entire visit was seamless, with minimal wait time and a smooth process from start to finish. It's clear that Dr. Gulati and his team prioritize patient well-being, and I deeply appreciate their dedication. What a terrific office. Staff helped me get an appointment that worked for me. The staff from the beginning were so nice and wow! the efficiency to schedule my testing and follow ups was great. The receptionist took her time to explain things and had everything printed out for me to follow. The Dr was really nice and LISTENED to me. I really appreciate everyone's extra effort. Can't recommend this office enough! Bravo!

I want to be as objective as possible. The office staff are professional. I was appreciative they contacted me to get me in as appointments opened up. Some are friendly, others are just business. My opinion of Dr. Gulatis personality are not overly negative. He seems kind. However, his time management is very poor. He was an hour and a half late for my first appointment with him. When respectfully addressing the unacceptability of this, his response was to ask me what I did for a living. I was very clear that in the future, if he was running behind, I would like to be contacted in advance to make other arrangements. Today, he is a half hour late. Not happy about it.

Finally had enough. 1st, EVERY TIME I have an appointment, I'm waiting in the lobby for about an hour, then sit in the room for about another 30 minutes just for the Dr not to listen to anything I say.. but thus right here is what made me bake my decision to leave this review. I requested a prescription refill via MyChart 2.5 weeks ago when I noticed I was running low. I know it takes a day or 2 to authorize then my pharmacy usually takes another day or 2 to fill it. A week goes by and still nothing so I re-submitted it. Almost another week goes by so I decide to call the office only to be told that they received it and it's waiting for the Dr to sign off on it. I told them exactly how many pills I had left and told them I need it since it's for my heart. So now we're here, 2.5 weeks later and I am completely out of my heart med, and the holiday is tomorrow which will be another delay. I'm definitely finding a new cardiologist now. One who respects the patient, don't face them waiting for hours and definitely one who don't answer their phone and carries a full conversation in the middle of a visit

Dr. Gulati's office accommodated me, a new patient, getting an appointment for me very quickly. His entire staff has been extremely supportive, helpful, and professional. One staff member in particular, Misha, provided outstanding care. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable, explaining things so anyone can understand. I highly recommend this office!
