Henry Ford Health Center - Brownstown

Used to be my favorite place to go. But it's horrible now. I have a big family history of breast cancer and get call backs often. I used to be able to go in 1-2 days for additional recommended screening but no more. I just got a mammogram result that was not good and need an ultrasound. I have to wait 1 month. How can I wait that long. Totally unacceptable. My husband also went in about 6 weeks ago for bloodwork and they did the wrong tests completely. Do not go here.

I work in Healthcare so I understand that there are sometimes long waits for appointments. But what I don't understand is giving a woman, who is a current patient, who found a lump in her breast an appointment for a MONTH OUT!!!??? You should have appointments "set aside" to get these cases seen in DAYS...NOT WEEKS!!! These women are already stressed and worried enough and you just make it that much worse! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

My favorite ER to go to. Every single time I come here everyone is in such a pleasant mood and they don't rush you out like most places I've been to. They are thorough and actually take the time to make sure you're ok! My fiance and I have always been treated with respect and kindness even with some of the staff who are tired and ready to go home they are still just as kind. Every worker here carries themselves like they love their job. I have never had a bad experience here.

I want to preface by saying, I also work in healthcare setting as a receptionist and am aware of how rude certain people can be. Today I attempted to schedule an appt for my son for radiology. I was nothing but nice and cooperative with the receptionist though from the start of the call she was rude and had clear annoyance in her voice and attitude. It's astounds me Henry ford thinks someone with this type of attitude is fit to work for them. I discontinued the phone call as I am not gonna sit here and let someone be disrespectful to me for NO reason. Let's hope she finds a new profession as it seems she's very unhappy with her life and career and has no problem taking it out on others who don't deserve it.

Always clean, always well staffed. Very professional. Testing, ultra sound, xrays, labs, easy in & out. They pretty much stick to your scheduled appointment time, unless, of course, there is an unforeseen emergency. Highly recommend Henry Ford Brownstown .
