I would recommend Dr. Jiddou-Patros to anyone. Out standing care she makes you feel vary comfortable. She explains things in terms that you can understand. She understands and really cares how you feel. Been a patient of hers since 2017 best doctor I've ever had.

When you really need them they aren't there for you. Corewell Health Beaumont University Hospital System should be ashamed to be associated with them. I was a patient for 15 to 20 years seeing doctors and getting stress tests done. I have been healthy for 5 years. Now that I really need them they tell me I am a new patient because I haven't been there in 5 years. So I can't see a doctor until after the first of the year. With the health issues I have I could stroke out or have a heart attack before then. Horrible place to place your trust and be a long term patient. Update: They reached out after this review and left a message on my phone. I called Julie/Julia and left a message TWICE. NO RETURN CALL. Called their scheduling department but they didn't answer. LEFT A MESSAGE. NO RETURN CALL. Probably the worst customer service I have had from CORWELL HEALTH WILLIAM BEAUMONT HOSPITAL I used to like Beaumont Hospital but this has left a bad taste in my mouth!

I used to see Dr. Marceles and my mom did until he retired. My new doctor is brilliant. The receptionist and nurse are awful. They schedule you for the wrong tests and you have to argue with them to look at the drs orders and I was right. So now instead of having my test next Thursday I can't get into the hospital until the end of December. Some days I can't walk 2 feet. I pray I live that long. I worked for a cardiologist for 10 years. I was always on top of the patients. I didn't go home until everything was done correctly. This was a top notch heart place and those receptionist and nurses are going to cause them to lose patients and problems. The doctors need to clean house! I am so upset the way they treated me. Then they tell me I can't talk to my doctor.

First let me say I love the doctor there I hate that I have to leave because they have such a horrible front office. You call at the end of February let them know you've been getting these weird palpitations in your chest not often but you'd like to see the doctor you've also recently lost 40 pounds and they schedule you three months out? My original call was on Thursday I got bounced around for about 10 minutes through their phone tree until I ended up at voicemail I left a very detailed request. Five days later I had heard nothing So I call back after about 15 minutes somebody finally picks up the phone I give them my information and let them know what's going on. No follow-up questions no comments simply "OK our first available appointment is the end of May". Just a little thing I've noticed from having different doctors throughout my life if you want to know how good your doctors office is and what they care most about, when you get into the phone tree if number one option one is not for patient go to a different office.

My Father has been going to Dr Walsh for years. Lately, they have been very sloppy with the appointment scheduling. My father had an appointment scheduled for the Monday following Thanksgiving, I called to confirm, and they said that oh Dr Walsh won't be in the office that appointment was cancelled. Well... news to us! If I hadn't have called, I'd have been taking my almost 99 year old dad to the office only to find out there was no appointment. This was not the first issue, last time we were in, Dr Walsh made my dad wait for over an hour in the exam room while he talked to the patient in the room next door over some concerns. The courteous thing to do, would be to tell that patient, "let me see my scheduled patient, and come back to talk to you further". Just very very very unhappy with the way they are conducting business. I have a call in for the office manager, let's see if they every call back or just ignore the whole situation.
