Dr Choksi is the best doctor in the world! He's so kind and caring and takes the time to really listen. He's personable and ultra smart. I've been going to see him for 15 years and he's always the same. I wish all doctors could be like him.

Waited over an hour and a half to see this Doctor at his Rochester office. The waiting room only had a couple of people waiting to see him. He spent about 5 minutes with me. I mentioned that my cardiac issue may have been caused by my gastro issues. He proceeded to call my Gastroentrologist. He spent more time trying to contact my Gastroenologist doctor than with me during that five minutes. Then he said I probably don't have a cardiac issue and ordered some tests. I spent most of my office time with a person who I gave my history to than him. I realize doctor's have scheduling problems at times. During these times staff needs to inform patients about these delays in case a patient has to reschedule. I believe this will put patient more at ease.

My husband has been to a handful of cardiologist over the years and Dr Choksi is by far the best he's ever seen. No one can he doesn't have great bedside manner. Yes, you will have to wait in the waiting room for a while because he's in high demand. Pack a snack and a bottle of water we usually plan on a total of an hour and a half for his appt and we're typically out in less time than that. Great doctor, thorough. He makes you feel like family. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr Choksi was our cardiologist before he moved out of state for several years. My husband had Bi-pass surgery a year ago and so we both made appointments to have him as our doctor again. My husband also needs shoulder replacement surgery early February 5th 2024 and needed clearance from Dr to do so. I called in November and the soonest they had for my husband was December 27th. I assumed that would be fine. My husband received a call last week that he Dr is gone until sometime in January and said he would have to see the nurse practitioner. My husband explained he was not comfortable HAVING HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY and NEEDING CLEARANCE before undergoing ANOTHER surgery! The woman was so rude and told him that was his only option. They just called me today, cancelled my appointment for Jan 5th and told me the same thing to accept the Nurse Practitioner. I begged this girl to somehow get my husband in to Dr Choksi when he returned early January because of his scheduled surgery Feb 5th and the fact of how early I tried to get the both of us in to see him several months ago. She said the earliest was January 30!!!!! and said that was it and I was out of luck. I hope the Dr reads this and is aware of how his uncompassionate staff treatment his past patience's and probably future patience are handled on his behalf. Thanks Staff for making me now Google a Cardiologist and Pray I find the right one.

Dr. Choksi should be the ambassador of all doctors. If only they could all be like him. His knowledge, intelligence, people skills, kindness and capacity for giving is unsurpassed. While caring for my father numerous times in the hospital Dr. Choksi was attentive in everyway. Every follow up appointment and attention to tests reviews were without flaw. God bless Dr. Choksi.
