I witnessed Dr Mark Norris accost a patient in the waiting room. The patient appeared frightened and stunned. This Dr is unbelievably inappropriate and I was so moved by what I had witnessed that I wrote my grievance to the hospital and I never heard back. I would never recommend this Physician.
