Dr. Norris is a true gem of a person and doctor. When my previous cardiologist had retired and Dr. Norris had big shoes to fill. I now have been a patient of his for four years and he has completely exceeded those expectations. He is honest, kind, intelligent, and has some of the best bedside manner I have ever seen. He's an unbelievably thorough and great doctor. One of the things that impresses me most is that he ensures his patients, even young kids, understand their medical conditions, signs/symptoms to watch for and gives them hope.
