Don't listen and just ask required questions don't listen to what patient is concerned about and is affecting the patients health doesn't even do any further checks or test just says it patients anxiety instead of actually checking if something has changed for the worse and then says schedule next appt .basically u go to appt so they get paid and if u can't make appt because of health they say they can't see you as a patient anymore and discharge instead of realizing that something is going on if u feel so bad u can't make it to your heart doctor and instead of realizing all the appts they said was anxiety probably isn't but no they not onlyrealize that they won't help u or see u as a patient anymore if u aren't well enough to go to appt. So u can be patient if u go to all the appts they schedule and don't ask or voice concerns for your health and they can be in and out without the bother of a patients actually health needs or questions and they don't even chart what patient address just patient seems to have anxiety or depressed and is fine even if the appt the patient said they felt worse and tried asking questions and explaining symptoms it will still be charged as anxiety or fine or depressed nothing that patient said let alone follow up and if u reschedule appts because of health they will say u missed appt instead but will still reschedule and not tell u that but say it's fine just want patients that in out as fast as possible and have no concerns. Scary that they are heart doctors if they are like that in appts I can't imagine they would save a life if it took more than 10 min and complicated probably why t patients get transferred to promedica in Ohio and that promedica doctors staff are amazing unlike Adrians
