Dr. Chams was very kind, and polite. She listened to my concerns and was very professional. She went over my history with me and asked questions about my unique situations. Our visit did not feel hurried, and Kaitlyn, the initial person I met was also really personable, pleasant and helpful, too. I actually went to see Dr. Chams to make sure I was set up as having her as my primary care physician and I feel I made the right choice.

Dr. Chams is an absolutely wonderful physician. I would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, yet kind and she doesn't hurry you. We are blessed to have such a great doctor.

What I like about Dr Chams is she listens very carefully and then to make sure she understands what I am trying to explain, she kindly repeats what I am saying that way we are in the "same page". Never feel uncomfortable discussing things with her whether in person or when video conferencing. She never rushes through my appointments as this helps me relax knowing she and her staff are there for me
