As a new patient with JH Cardiology. I had an amazing experience starting with the friendly and helpful front desk staff then to a wonderful Dr Alexandra Byrne who had a lovely combination of professionalism and caring. Then on to Caityn Sudano for an ecocardiogram who was one of the sweetest and caring individuals I have ever met. Thank you JH Cardiology for 2 wonderful office visits. I can't thank you enough.
I second the visitor who wrote that the front desk employees are beyond rude. Rude, impatient, cold. Many of the patients here have life threatening diseases. Maybe hire people who are polite, have compassion and smile once in a while.
The front staff is EXTREMELY rude and entitled. How they are permitted to treat patients this way is beyond me. Beware if you walk in for an EKG, you will have your head bitten off by the toxic women at the front desk.
Dr. Jennifer Lawton is fantastic. Her surgical skills and bedside manner are top notch. We couldn't have asked for more.
The facility is starting to look a little Shabby. My exam room must of been a closet. Maybe 5'x8'. Soiled chair fabric. Yuk!!! I should've taken a picture .
