I love this hospital! My Ob-gyn, Patricia is here and she is FANTASTIC. I delivered my son here almost 2 weeks ago and I can not boost enough about how INCREDIBLE the labor/delivery and postpartum nurses were! They made my first birth experience amazing. They took such good care of my son and I and always made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They were also very genuine and patient. I highly reccomend this hospital

Came to the ER tonight after experiencing pressure all over my body, tingling of my face and tightness in my chest. Staff was nice but building is dirty and run down. Finally got taken back to the ER after waiting over an hour to be seen, the doctor was really nice but she ordered lab work and when the nurse came to me I explained I'm a really hard poke and asked for water first and a hot pack. He refused. Stuck me anyways and buried the needle in my arm searching for a vein. I begged him multiple times to stop and finally yelled that I was going to pass out before he would stop. Came back multiple times to try again after I expressed I didn't want him to touch me and kept requesting heat and water. He finally brought me an ice pack for the bruising and swelling in my arm and told me heat won't work to find veins and oral hydration is too slow (I was back there for 2 hours and would have had plenty of time to try, and both absolutely help) I ended up asking the doctor to discharge me after having an ekg because I needed to get away from this guy and go elsewhere. Never going back would be too soon. He literally asked to see the bruising on my arm to confirm I wasn't lying.

I've always had a good experience at this hospital. The staff are friendly, patient, and make you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. The doctors are knowledgeable and clear in their explanations. You can tell they know what they're doing and why they're recommending certain treatments. It's always reassuring to come here because I feel heard and taken seriously. Consistent, reliable, and comforting every single time.

I had an unplanned c section here on Friday and I can't express enough how amazing the doctors and nurses here are. Dr amponsah made the experience as comfortable as possible for me, and the labor and delivery nurses and midwives are so so amazing. I'm never going to forget them and it's bittersweet being my last day here. They took amazing care of my son and I. I trust this hospital with my life.

I went on the November 11th for a bowel blockage and a possible stroke and I had 15 people asking me what my name was but not really doing much for me transferred me upstairs only to lay in the bed for 30 hours with 15 doctors coming in and out pca's patient Care advocates nurses and three consults from psychiatric neurology and physical therapy the physical therapy was stellar but the other two were absolutely no shows never even I got in fights with every person that came into my room because they didn't see my situation from my perspective only theirs in the hospital's perspective they refuse to feed me for 27 hours because they thought they might perform surgery on me for micro stroker mini strokes but told me that through one of the tests that betweening PT and their professional opinions did not have a stroke let me lie in bed and wouldn't even let me go to the bathroom or do anything without someone being there peeing and the rest of it the pca's patient Care advocates outstanding but they only took my vitals and when I wanted that something else done passed it off to a nurses that only showed up about a third of the time and then continue to quarrel with me about my treatment plan. I'd go on and on but the bottom line is I was there for 30 hours went through from the ER to upstairs and got little to no satisfaction or treatment and I checked my cell phone and they were angry about it but they were the ones that didn't provide the treatment. Only go there if it's a true emergency and you're possibly dying or or need some other really serious procedure otherwise bypass that hospital and go somewhere else
