We used the ear clinic services in suite 300 south. Check in was quick as insurance information etc was transferred from the PCPs office. This office is on the same level as the parking lot entrance. They offer validation of parking tickets as well. The main rotary doors didn't seem to be working properly. Treatment went very quickly.

Given the extended wait times for MRIs, risk of misdiagnosis, problematic billing practices, and poor bedside manners, it would be wise to consider other choices for your orthopedic needs. It is worth noting that although one out of four physicians is outstanding, the odds are stacked against you.

You need another appointment for something we have been trying to figure out for over a year now? Yeah, we're booking about 6 months out.

I am more than grateful to St Vincents because if it wasn't for the amazing care of the doctors and nurses over the years my health and life would have been in great danger repeatedly!

Be sure to know when your last scheduled appointment was, because if your next one isn't due, they don't care. They just want your money. Their call center's job used to be to make sure patients were due for their appointments so the insurance companies authorized the charges. Instead, they outsource their call center staff and they send you a message that you're due to see your doctor. You make the appointment and see your doctor and Insurance denies payment because it's too early, a month actually. You then call Pt experience" who tells you to appeal it with the financial department. The financial dept calls to say " you are responsible because you signed something saying you would pay what the insurance isn't responsible for." WHICH WOULD BE THE CASE IF YOU HAD SCHEDULED ME IN THE CORRECT WINDOW!!! So keep track of your appointments. This is my story and it can easily be yours. Now I'm out $352, and have to find a new eye doctor (instead of seeing the one who I adored). If they are this incompetent with basic scheduling and customer service concerns I question what part of the business they might be getting right? They certainly can't apply John Fallon's old slogan "Treating You Well" anymore. Of this I'm certain.
