Excellent service at the doctor's office. Dr. Magali Calle is a dedicated, kind, and very compassionate professional. She listens attentively, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. Thank you for your kindness and for always providing the best care.

I wish I had a good experience like the majority of these reviews, but unfortunately that was not the case. On 8/13 I had my new patient appointment with Karin which went fine. I made an appointment for the next few weeks to return as I had some bloodwork to have done. I ended up needing to reschedule due to a family emergency, and did so for a few weeks after that. I received a call a few days prior to seeing her, explaining my appointment needed to be rescheduled as she was "out of the office". Alright, no problem. Well, I get to my rescheduled appointment and am surprised to learn that my provider has apparently left the office permanently and I will be seeing Dr.Hajjaj in the interim. To start, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the person who took my weight, when I briefly mentioned starting Zepbound at 2.5 and having good results so wanting to go up to 5, she made a face and asked if I was "sure about that". Then during my appointment with Dr.Hajjaj, we go over my bloodwork results and then he asks me a bunch of questions about my medications that were already discussed during my first appointment with Karin. I got the feeling that everything that had been discussed in my first appointment had gone out the window with the dismissal of my prior NP and so it felt like a waste of time. There were also several glaring errors in the information that was documented for my current medication list. However, the biggest and most egregious issue was when I discussed with Dr.Hajjaj my recent addition of a GLP1 into my medication. I explained how I was looking for a continuation of the prescription as it would be more cost effective than the subscription service I was currently using, and that I have had positive results and little to no negative side effects. He seemed indifferent when I discussed how my insurance was dropping coverage come January and that I would be switching to paying out of pocket through their manufacturer direct to consumer program. I am giving this much detail because at this point, it is clear what I am requesting and at NO POINT was I informed that it would not be possible. I was told by Dr.Hajjaj that it would be up to my NP, whomever they choose to set me up with as a replacement and I felt that was fair but explained that I was trying to have this in place by late November/Early December at the latest. I was told I would get a call for another appointment with my new NP, but it may take a week as she was out of the office. I waited almost two weeks, and did not receive a call so I reached out myself and made a telehealth appointment and briefly explained what the appointment was to entail. Now we get to the appointment with Dr.Calle and when I explain my needs I am met with an apology and am informed that the office "does not prescribe GLP1's". At this point, I am extremely frustrated because I feel lied to and have had my time wasted. Dr.Calle was very professional and apologized profusely but it seems very strange that this is a decision made by Dr.Hajjaj, and when I spoke to him he mentioned nothing about this. This feels extremely bias, and I informed Dr.Calle that I can no longer give this practice my business if they are going to operate in this way. GLP1's are an incredible tool and it's sad that one man is going to use his own personal opinion to sour the entire business. The lack of transparency in staff leaving the practice, coupled with me having to chase down an appointment, and the weird GLP1 bias and literally lying to me and wasting my time has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
