I waited from 11:15 to 1:45 -- two and a half hours -- and I still haven't seen the doctor. I've been waiting on an empty stomach. This is such a waste of time! With this kind of medical service, even if you're healthy, the wait alone could make you sick. It shows a total lack of respect for the patient's time. I've decided to switch to a primary doctor at a different practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Merola since 2017. He's a very busy doctor with many patients, but that's because everyone can see the value of his care. He has helped me a great deal, and I hope to continue seeing him for many years to come.

Dr. Merola is an exceptional doctor who is both caring and respectful. He takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, ensuring I fully understand his explanations. His extensive medical expertise is invaluable to his patients. Without a doubt, Dr. Merola is the best doctor I have ever met.

I don't often leave reviews, but in this case I felt that there was quite a wide gulf experience I had and the reviews of the business. While Dr. Merola seems nice, when I asked for the flu and covid vaccines he strongly discouraged me from getting them (despite the fact that I made it clear that I was required to get them as a teacher) even though at the time in 2023 they were still being recommended by the CDC. This alone would not have bothered me enough to leave a review, but when he asked where I was from (Vermont) he started talking about how immigrants are coming through the northern border and ruining the state. Even this would not have prompted me to leave a review, as everyone is entitled to their political opinions, but on top of all that, I did not receive a full physical (what I had come there for), didn't even get my blood pressure checked. It was a strange experience, then I was sent to the bloodwork room across the hall and had to listen to one of the nurses rudely berate a customer until he left, at which point she turned to me and the other nurse and started saying how stupid and rude the guy was (he was only asking a reasonable question about home testing and was very polite). Anyway, that's just one experience, and I hope it was just a bad day for them, but I won't be returning.

Can't praise Dr. Merola enough! Dr. Merola is a positive, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic man! He listens carefully and goes above and beyond to accommodate a patient and his/her needs. He also seeks to help with existing diagnosis/ health issues and modify therapy, as needed. I like that he is proactive and is not a static doctor who just sticks to an existing therapy. Dr. Merola, you are making a big difference in my Mom's life! We are very grateful for you!
