Cindy Cheng, MD

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cheng for years. She is a great Doctor that not only takes her time to explain but also listen to our needs. We love her and her Nurse Colette. They are great professionals, at times they are very busy but always get back to us when we reach out either by phone or through the portal. Doctor Cheng is always there for us when we need a referral or a refill. We never have to wait long. The front desk ladies are very friendly and always willing to help. We definitely recommend her and her staff.

Been seeing Dr. Cheng for many many years. Unlike some other reviews, I totally disagree with them. Dr. Cheng has been extremely professional. She is very patient, kind and caring. She spends time with me and does all appropriate testing. She is my husband's PCP and my daughters. She returns calls. Her office staff are great in giving messages and getting back to me. No issues with referrals, meds being called in, in a timely manner. She really cares about family. I can't say enough about her. She is unbelievable! Goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend her. Love love love you Dr. Cheng!!

My family has been with her practice for over 15+ years. She also has been my kids PCP for all their life and she is absolutely wonderful, friendly, awesome, and helpful. We truly appreciate and love her, so much. We've moved farther away from her practice but we still make the drive from multiple towns over just to see her. 5+ Star if possible

Dr.Cheng has been my family doctor for the last 7 years, and she's Outstanding! So the five star rating is for her care of my family. The staff However is a different story. They get 0 stars for how they acted today. Today, I asked to make an appointment as per usual to see my doctor and was directed to a voice-mail no one monitors then straight up ghosted as you millennials say (No I'm not a boomer I'm a Gen X) I find this behavior very unprofessional. As a result, this forced me to go to LGH to see an emergency care doctor after an 18 hour wait for absolutely no reason. This behavior also unnecessarily delayed my return to work. Correct this immediately! Thanks.

Dr. Cheng is one of the best doctors you could have! I been going to her for many years! She is a very caring doctor! Always gets to the root of the problem! Never ever leave you hanging always gets back to you! There are not too many Dr Cheng's left out there today! Most of them can't be bothered with the elderly, they rush you in a rush you out this is a fact! Dr Cheng make sure she takes care of everybody! I love her and I would never change! Thank you for all you do Dr. Cheng! You are appreciated!!!
