I came from Berkshire Medical Center to Bay State to Dr. Norris to a completely unknown hospital to me. I was very distraught and scared. I met Dr. Norris and he put me feel much better and was very patient with me making sure I had the information I needed. Still today he is making sure the nurses are going to check on me. I am back in where I live to and he is still looking out for me. Thank you for everything Dr. Norris.
