This place is awful! They call themselves a "pediatric cardiology" specialist clinic, yet ONLY take pediatric lipid-related appointments 1 day per month! This is garden variety consult stuff and any pediatric specialist should be able to do this in their sleep (i.e. it will result in a simple statin prescription). I have spent hours and 10 calls to schedule an appointment. They outsource their scheduling to some 3rd party which always requires a "we'll have to get back to you after we talk to the actual folks who control their schedule." This is the absolute worst experience with healthcare I have ever had as I can't even make it through the "schedule an appointment" step! So much for healthcare:(
