I had my mastopexy surgery with Dr. Albert Ko and I simply don't have words to describe how happy I am. He is a wonderful professional, attentive, careful and extremely competent. From the first consultation, I felt welcomed, safe and confident that I was in good hands. The result was perfect. I loved everything -- the size, the shape, the finish, every detail. It completely exceeded my expectations. The recovery was also very smooth thanks to his and his team's impeccable guidance and follow-up. I am immensely grateful for having chosen Dr. Albert Ko. Excellent and thorough care with Dr. Julia Randall. Really appreciate the time and consideration she gave for the appointment. She respectfully listened to my approach to my health - quite a task as she has been trained to do things differently. Her approach shows real care and has me even more involved in my own care. I love her no nonsense communication - her concern for my health very clear. Thank you Dr Randall.

I found it to be very well organized. The nurse that first saw me I think her name was Gaby was very professional. I felt very comfortable with Dr. MCKIEE.He made me feel at ease and was easy to understand when he spoke to me about my condition. Everyone from the Security Guard to the Lab technician were very helpful directing me to my destination. I thank the whole team.

Always a great experience , from the reception , nurses and doctors . My children are getting comfortable with hospital visits now. Stickers ,stickers, stickers just do the trick. The smiles from the staff wow amaizing . We love it

My appointment was with Dr. Ferley, Neurologist. This was a follow up visit addressing medication she put me on 3 months prior for Atypical Tremors of my hands. I am 58 and they started 20 years ago, gradually getting worse. I am a pianist and have had problems playing so much that it has made me more depressed. The tremors also interfere with writing and using utensils. The medication I was put on worked wonders! She herself has a wonderful manner as well the receptionists whom I conversed with afterwards. I cannot express how happy my experiences with the staff have been. I am overjoyed at being able to play the piano again. It may not be 100% taken care of, but very few things like this are. Plus, I'm on other medications that actually CAUSE tremors. I thoroughly recommend her as I have had neurologists in the past who ignored it.
