Shrewsbury Internal Medicine

I booked an online visit to get a physical at this office. It's late in the year, so options were very limited. I saw this place had 2 stars but figured I could tough it out for 1 visit then find someone else. The day of, they told me that not only did I not have an appointment, this office doesn't take new patient physicals at all. They were pretty rude about it. When I pulled out my phone and pulled up the website again, it gave me the same option to book an appointment for a new patient physical. Not sure what's going on with this place.

Horrible To Deal With I gave Dr. Myneedu the benefit of the doubt for 2 years. She made errors ordering tests. Instead of requesting a handicapped placard for me she requested a driving test with RMV. That was a mess to straighten out. She insisted on doing a dementia screening on me even though I'd been to a neurologist who stated I didn't need one. Then when I told her I had a few issues I wanted to discuss with her she told me it would have to wait 3 months because she had another patient to see, and she walked out the door. That was the tipping point for me. Now I have a new PCP who is the polar opposite of this one. So glad I changed PCPs. Avoid this doctor like the plague!!

Really disappointed in the professionalism of this practice. My wife had scheduled a new primary care appointment 2 months ago and as she was leaving for the appointment 30 min prior they called saying they needed to cancel/reschedule because they did not get medical records prior to the appointment. Not only is this an unnecessarily strict requirement (especially for a 32 yo healthy woman with no past medical history), they weren't even organized enough to reach out more than 30 min ahead of an appointment which had been on the books for months. She decided to go elsewhere after being so put off by the rigidity of the practice.

Dr Myneedu deserves to be 5 plus stars. I've only had her as my primary for about 2 years and when I seen there was only a couple star reviews I had my doubts and wasn't going to try her. When I decided too and if those were legitimate stars I wouldn't go back. Well I'm glad those were not legit in my eyes Cause she's been the best and has helped me with my health tremendously!! Thank you DOC

Not professional. This is suppose to be a doctors office . Where when a patient is needed to be seen you don't tell the patient , " the doctor has nothing for the next three days and then we're closed for the next two !" First off that's what NPs are for. To cover the over flow for the doctors when the help is needed. To have a pregnant patient be turned away is disgusting in my eyes when that person is in need of being seen by her primary care office and told they can't help her! I would Not recommend becoming a patient here with this practice. Patient care is NOT NUMBER 1!! Mind you this is all over a telephone convo I heard While in the waiting room. I thank God im not a patient of this practice. Things need to change. You vow to take care of patients and patient care is priority. Doesn't seem like it when a pregnant female is asking for help and guidance.
