Revere Community Health Center

i've been going to this location for two months. I find the staff which I interacted with to be very pleasant and professional. Previously I was going into Boston MGH and that was a nightmare. Having this reveal location available to me as a gift

Good people nice staff. Noticed when I picked up my meds today at the pharmacy that a female of African American decent with brown and black hair. Coughed into her hand didn't wash her hands or sanitize and continued to fill prescriptions. Very unsanitary needs attention she's going to spread germs.

This clinic or urgent care doesn't deserve even a single star. The rudest people at the front desk and very lazy. I went today at 14:00pm for one single blood drawn as a new employee and they turned me back because it was too late for them to draw blood and processing it. They suppose to be close by 16:00pm. I had to drive 50min and had my baby sleeping in the stroller, and they not only didn't care and were very rude, but also another blonde skinny lady came from the back of the room and asked me to leave and shut up. I asked if she was the manager because I needed to speak to her, she just turned her back and ignored me. I had to leave and I hope I never have to turn back in this ugly place.

I normally don't leave a review but this is bad practice and would like people to be aware..this place charges me $552 for a zoom follow-up. it was a 15 min talk with the doctor. after my deductible was met out of pocket charge me $240 .I wrote to BCBS they pointed me to the hospital and the hospital didn't do anything for the outrageous charges..can't even get an appointment when I need it and every time end up going to urgent care in Chelsea..fed up and done with this place!!!!

So sad to give a review, but I feel the health care in this place need to change. We pay an insurance to to have a good service no to beg for the service. I am a FTM and pediatrics here are not the best. We arrive on time for the appointments and the doctor always arrive at least 30 min late. We explain our concerns doctor will just take notes and record the conversations. As first time Parents we always have many questions and most of the time the only answer is "that's normal". Since the appointments are running late doctors will just speed up the conversations, then we are out of time. We go home with the same concerns. They have the gateway for conversations or no urgent questions that are not answered by the pediatricians. Sometimes they will answer " can you give us more details so we can help" and then somebody else will take the conversation to end up with no answers and wasted time. I feel so disappointed and frustrated with the service.
