Patient
I have been a patient there for over 10 years and for the most part had no problems there. Over the last three years the service and wait time for an office visit has increased. I had an appointment this week and I had to wait over two hours in the waiting room. As I talked to other people waiting the also claimed that they had been waiting from 1-1/2 to 2 hours also. It is as if they are deliberately over booking and cutting the actual time you get to see the Dr down to 5 -10 minutes and he make you feel like you are holding him up if you ask any questions. I really do miss Dr Johnson.
