Having moved a number of times as an adult, I have had to switch primary care doctors more than once. One thing they all seemed to have in common was waiting, until Atrius. I have never had to wait to be seen here they are always right on time. On top of that, I have consistently received excellent care.
It is incredibly convenient that they have X ray and a pharmacy on site, so you can get everything you need taken care of quickly and efficiently. Doctor Rachel Ceccarelli in particular is fantastic. This is the best primary care facility I have ever had.

This is my go to facility on the South Shore. The medical staff is terrific, friendly and skilled. I recently had to check in for severe abdominal pain. The nurse took my vitals and then I saw the physician. I was hoping to power through and simply get some medication but they both didn't like my condition or how I looked. The physician urged me to go to hospital, even offering an ambulance but I had a ride. I agreed to go to the ER. Turns out my condition was quite serious and required a hospital stay.
These folks are on the ball. You can feel completely confident going here.

Beware of their imaging and testing practices the facility makes money every time you go for one because they keep everything in the house. It may seem like a one stop shop that's actually a one stop piggy bank so the more they order the more money they make they don't care about the patient as much as they care about their revenue. I depend on my doctors because I can't diagnose myself I believe they have a practice of upping the bill by keeping you in house and getting you to use as many of their services as possible . Sure the doctors are on salary and they are all good people for the most part but they have an incentive to advise CAT scans and MRIs, lab testetc., etc. I have excellent insurance and they know it. I also have a medical condition which they still have yet to diagnose, but they sure as heck nailed my insurance. They have a 3.8 rating for good reason. As I speak, I am seeking medical services elsewhere! And if you have no other choice, but to use this facility, you don't have to agree everything they say !

I can not say enough good things about our experience with the staff at this urgent care! I will keep it short and spare most of the details - hurried in right at 5pm (closing time) with my son who required medial attention. The staff could have easily turned us away, as most of the staff in the building had already left for the day, but they didn't. From start to finish, reception to medical care, all staff in attendance were incredibly attentive and willing to help. Hands down one of the smoothest and best medical experiences. This place does it right! Thank you, Attrius urgent care staff!
Respectfully,
A grateful mom

Please don't waste your time or money here. You will be disappointed. The pharmacy takes 30 days to fill a 28 day prescription. Their all nice to your face, just hope you don't need your medication on time. Good luck.
