This ER gave me the worst experience I have ever had had. I came in with extreme fatigue pain due to a cyst in my right ovaries . I could not feel my whole body. I am also pregnant and suffer from severe nausea. All the nurses looked and sounded like they just did not care. 1 guy nurse in particular was very unprofessional smacking his gum not even looking at me in my face putting in a IV very roughly which resulted to my arm being bruised up. And everytime I asked him for something he had an attitude. Everytime a nurse came in then would be back until 30-1 hr later . We lost hope after 5 hours not feeling prioritized so we just walked out. If I can rate 0 stars I would. Definitely don't recommend this hospital full of unprofessional nurses.

I went in last week for cataract surgery. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
From the front desk women to the nurses to the surgical team, every one was extremely nice, helpful and caring. The surgical team was amazing and I will absolutely go back for the other eye when it's ready. I even got a signed card in the mail today wishing me a speedy recovery! They all were a class act and I thank each and every one of you for a calming and professional experience. Keep up the good work.

First bad things, getting to this facility made me go around in circles for 20 minutes. The building doesn't give you the number that's contained in the referral. The entry into the building is all to cumbersome unlike the one in Burlington.
The good things:. Once you find a place parking and handicap parking is free. It's right off route 128 North. It's right next to the mall. The people are generally very kind and helpful including everybody. I got there early so they sent me to the lab almost an hour and change before my schedule and then I went for my second examination. Both people who served me were very competent and very professional and very informative. There's a cafeteria downstairs on the right as you go in. There are plenty of bathrooms.
And the insist on masks and as in all Leahy clinics, they ask you to take off your mask and they give you a brand new one which you must wear while you're on the facility. In walking around they take great precautions to keep the place sanitized and clean.
This staff appears very capable and very competent except that that I got the test results without an explanation and I always detest that and I told by messaging the doctor that I want to know what these tests mean. This was 11:00 this morning and now it's 7:14 p.m. and I've heard nothing.
I think it's really malpractice to not explain the results to you just to send you numbers. I find that here and I also find it in Burlington.

Shout out to the MRI department for calling security on me because the lead mri tech was badgering me and didn't stop till i took my shirt offf to put my bra back on. I was trying to leave and she just wouldn't stop. Kept arguing with me. Pointed to the sign about how your workers deserve to work without being abused, well we as patients deserve to not be verbally abused as well.
