Dr. Leslie J. Rigali, DO

Dr Rigali is by far the best primary care I've ever had! She has only a 3 rating which is crazy I at first didn't get what I wanted we bumped heads but I was wrong and had to apologize! I might not always like what she says but she is one of the best doctors I've ever had! And her staff all of them are incredibly helpful! She is the only primary care that has gotten answers to my health problems and has no problem getting to the bottom of it either! So ppl should not ever give an amazing Doctor a bad review simply because we didn't get what we wanted! Ppl dont understand that at the end of the day everything falls on the primary care! If you have surgery and need medicine it's go see your primary care! They are all over worked and underpaid! So I'm a hard patient to deal with I admit that but Dr.Rigali and staff are the best two thumbs up id give her a 10 out of a 10! Ty Dr.Rigali for all you do and thank you to all of your staff! I appreciate all of you guys

Please for your own health and safety DO NOT go to dr. Rigali. I was In a car accident and Dr. Rigali was my primary care doctor at the time, and she completely missed my injuries and told me "at some point you need to move on and get on with life" over a video consultation where I explained that my entire body was in pain and I felt like my arm was not attached to my body. She sent me back to work even though I explicitly told her I was not ready. Two weeks after being sent back, I got shingles for the third time. I lost my job, which was what finally prompted me to go to see other doctors. Come to find out, I had a cracked rib, completely torn shoulder labrum, partially torn hip labrum, a piece of cartilage in my hip that broke off and a severely sprained ankle. I had shoulder surgery and am currently waiting on hip surgery. It is almost two years since the accident and I am still recovering all because she wouldn't listen to me saying I was in pain and dismissed me. I am genuinely worried for any patient who has Dr. Rigali as their primary care and highly recommend getting a new doctor if she is your primary care.

I was completely let down by the nurse collette today. She apparently does telehealth for Dr rigali ... ive been sick for a week, using over the counter medication. Its not helping me at all, i asked for a antibiotic and was denied. DO BETTER LAHEY i will be changing my primary care provider immediately! Terrible service. She was rude and medically untrained!

She is the best PC DR. I have had plenty of them. Have had her for the longest, around 9 years now. it is a good feeling having a Dr. you are comfortable with. I tell people all the time if the are looking for a new PC.
