I have never experienced a provider who I felt was 100% prepped the second I got there, as well as one that actually listened and validated my symptoms. The appointment was quick yet extremely efficient.
The nurses were great, receptionist was great, everything was great! I recommend 10/10, if you feel like you've hit a wall with attempting to access cardiological care, your journey will end here.
I feel confident going forward that there is a plan in place to help navigate and heal symptoms that are impacting my day to day and even more confident that I have a provider who will advocate with and for me.

My experience with Dr. Sheftel was amazing. I will mention that this is the first time in my life I've been to a doctor who was exactly on time for an appointment, which was wonderful! But most importantly: Dr. Sheftel was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and informative, and was able to swiftly diagnose me and explain the treatment regimen for my condition. Not only was she helpful, but she was exceptionally caring and kind, making me feel totally comfortable the whole time so that my initial anxieties about my appointment completely evaporated. I very recently had a heart attack, and had an appt to see Dr. Sheftel. The afternoon before the appt., I got a call that she was canceling, with no openings to reschedule!!! Who leaves a patient needing to recover from a heart attack hanging like that?

After recovering from surgery and a subsequent hematoma by way of a follow-up operation, I was asked to schedule an appointment for a cardiology consultation to potentially identify any underlying issues. Dr. Sheftel saw me at the appointed time and she is incredibly lovely. I was somewhat dismayed to see the 1 star rating; but realized that the reviewer did not have the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Sheftel and that is too bad. I would highly recommend Dr. Sheftel.
