There was 0 bedside manner and I was likely so dismissed simply due to my age. I wasn't given a chance to fully discuss my situation and even barely was able to reply yes when asked. She was very condescending and dismissive and wouldn't stop talking long enough for me to even respond. Took a minor question about coverage for a test and started essentially acting as if I was refusing the recommended testing when all I was ATTEMPTING to ask was if she would first review my previous test and if it would be covered a second time. It was so bad her medical assistant was apologizing to me the whole way out while looking behind her to make sure she wasn't overheard. I was simply appalled and even asked am I done? Because I couldn't understand how I just finished an appointment when 0 information was relayed to the provider to even have a general idea of why I was there in the first place. Had I realized it was through PMA I would've saught another provider because this is the exact reason I left the PMA practice nearly 10 years ago and clearly nothing changed.
