I went here with my 78 year old mother. The front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. The medical professionals were rude, seemed uninterested in doing their job, and were quick to scare us out of there and over to the ER. My Mom ended up being fine, I thought she may need stitches and we were trying to be safe about it. It felt like the staff here escalated the situation to get us out of there. it was Friday evening and we were there before 7. they close at 8.
Staff was completely overwhelmed understaffed and they pulled through. They treated each patient with dignity and respect despite the nonstop no breaks constant harassment from people not feeling well not wanting to wait. They did an amazing job. I'm thankful that they were there to assist me in my time in need.
Absolutely every aspect of my visit was stellar. I especially loved my interactions with the woman who X-rayed my ankle and the woman who treated my leg with the cast. I wish this was a practice!! This will be my go to from now on. I honestly am so impressed. Excellent!!!!
Loved my PA at Convenient MD Newburyport. She was so courteous, engaging, skilled and professional! It's so good to see a generation of Healthcare providers who listen and care about their patients.
When I was in the waiting room, another patient (or the patients mother) came in and was giving the front desk staff a very hard time about a prescription. The front desk handled it very well. All staff was very supportive of each other in the situation to ensure patients AND staff remained safe and under control. Coming from the medical field myself, it was nice to see the nurses, providers, and staff work together and not throw anyone to the wolves. All staff stayed calm in the situation and it was resolved. The care we received even when these nurses, providers, and staff were under so much pressure and stress was Impeccable! 10/10 stars. I have always come to this location for urgent care (even if it's 30 min from where I live) and have never had anything to complain about. Always great care, in a reasonable amount of time! Side Note: I have NO ties with this location, I don't have ANY kind of personal or professional relationship with any person at this location OR business.
