I have seen both Dr Wen and Dr. Ghiassudin, both Doctors were wonderful and made the appointments easier to bare. The front office on the other hand does not pick up the phone, do not return calls for 2-3 business days and is rude. The most recent appoint I had was for a Holter monitor to be put on, this take no more than 5 minutes. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes and the appointment prior I waited an hour. I asked how much longer because I had a meeting to attend back at work and they said if I could wait another 10-15 minutes they could see me. I left because I had already dedicated an hour and a half to sitting in the room waiting. Two appointments before this one I was asked to show up at 7am for a blood pressure reading and holter monitor, when i arrived for my appointment the door was locked, the lights were off and no one picked up the phone, I waited 10 minutes hoping the doors would be unlocked. Angrily, I left and went to work, 15 minutes later I get a call saying they're readying to see me. I had to argue to not get a cancellation fee. Providers and medical staff are amazing! Front office personnel, not so much.

I would give more stars because Dr. Wen has been good to me, but the fact that this practice DOESN'T answer the phone OR return messages is UNACCEPTABLE!!! You are putting patients lives at risk!!!!

Dr Wen and the medical staff are amazing. However, no one answers the phone or returns messages. I've been trying to reach them for weeks now. I don't know if it's a staffing issue (there are usually at least three people working the front desk when I go there) but it's incredibly frustrating to try to reach them. I hate to give a bad review because if they just answered the phone, it would be five stars. I hope they can make some changes to fix this. If not, I don't know how they can stay in business like this. I can see from other reviews here that other patients have the same problem.

I left after my appointment and they said they would call me with my next appointment. Half way home they call. I said I'm driving and could you text me. Oh we don't text. Well email me then. We don't email. They snail mail it.

Unbelievable wait times. Horribly run and no type of empathy or even human kindness coming from the front desk or the physicians. I went over the course of 5 months. Called multiple times for random questions. They never answer ever! They never call back! Ever! When I asked for my physical records, I was told multiple times I could not have them even though they are mine. When I was about to get the law involved, they released them to me. This office needs a complete change of doctors and management. I am still in utter disappointment on how I was treated as a patient. I wrote my own review on their cardiologist. Dr. Kireyev. I would read it before going. Just look him up. Unprofessional in every way. They want to make money and that is it. Sad establishment. Shame on them.
