I have seen both Dr Wen and Dr. Ghiassudin, both Doctors were wonderful and made the appointments easier to bare. The front office on the other hand does not pick up the phone, do not return calls for 2-3 business days and is rude. The most recent appoint I had was for a Holter monitor to be put on, this take no more than 5 minutes. I waited over an hour and 15 minutes and the appointment prior I waited an hour. I asked how much longer because I had a meeting to attend back at work and they said if I could wait another 10-15 minutes they could see me. I left because I had already dedicated an hour and a half to sitting in the room waiting. Two appointments before this one I was asked to show up at 7am for a blood pressure reading and holter monitor, when i arrived for my appointment the door was locked, the lights were off and no one picked up the phone, I waited 10 minutes hoping the doors would be unlocked. Angrily, I left and went to work, 15 minutes later I get a call saying they're readying to see me. I had to argue to not get a cancellation fee. Providers and medical staff are amazing! Front office personnel, not so much.
