Revere Medical - Primary Care of Methuen

Place was good till I started seeing this new doctor she's making my life absolute hell and causing me so many issues over a letter I've been arguing for one for a week now with no resolution . Does anyone here know how I can report this office ?

Dr. Shruti Biyani is a kind, caring, sweet, friendly, professional (female) Doctor and the perfect.person to speak to about Women's Health issues. She and her staff do an outstanding job to make patients (including new ones) feel welcomed and included in their health care decisions. I would highly recommend this Dr. and this practice. Thank.you for all you do !!! Top notch customer service !!!

This is the most awful primary care office ! Extremely unprofessional... Different doctors every month without notice, they will change your meds and tell you to bad! Dr. Lisa Maxwell has no bedside manner! Judgemental, and refused to read prior medical conditions before removing my meds! Imagine being shot 5 times in your sleep,then they set your house on fire and this new doc that don't know me takes my ONE Xanax a day away I'm no druggie, never did anything other than grass... I take drug test for this office all the time ... Like I have to beg for PTSD, SEVERE DEPRESSION, meds .... This kind of "doctor" is for your common elderly patient with common health issues. Anything complex is not for Lisa! I mean she sent over the wrong mammogram referral paperwork twice! Genius! STAY AWAY IF U WANT ACTUAL CARE! RECEPTION DESK IS A JOKE! THEY ALL MONITOR THE PHONES AND WILL INTENTIONALLY NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL. AND WE'LL JOKE ABOUT YOU, TO EACH OTHER... THEY GOT CAUGHT, SHE THOUGHT SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND SHE DIDN'T AND I COULD HEAR EVERYTHING VIOLATION OF HIPAA... I HEARD THE GUY'S APPOINTMENT WHAT HE WAS GOING FOR AND HIS PHONE NUMBER! NO BUENO! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!!

Been going here a little over 4 years, never had any issues or complaints. Staff is nice and polite, what I like the most is that it's never crowded. If your appointment is at 8:30 for example, expect to be called in at 8:30. I see Dr. Abby & she's the best. Makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. I truly do feel my well being is a priority.

I absolutely love NP Danielle Stare. I have been a patient of hers for many years. She always takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed when I am there. The office is staff is extremely professional, polite and ready to help and answer any questions. I will never leave this practice.
