Never have I ever experienced a primary care office so disrespectful, uncaring and unprofessional as this one. They have been historically unhelpful to my husband for years. Recently he asked for a referral for the fifth time without it being done, the nurse and the receptionist yelled at him and then intentionally hung up on him. He never received a call back. Any time he has come to them with a health concern they volley it off with a referral they refuse to follow through with in order for the insurance to process it. If you want a PCP office that not only doesn't provide their primary function but also ridicules you for asking them to....this is the place for you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lane's (not that I ever actually got to meet the Dr.) for over 10 years. Never been all that satisfied with them but not dissatisfied enough to switch providers until recently. I brought up an issue during my physical and needed to see a specialist. It took a few months but I received a call from Dr. Lane's office scheduling my appointment with the specialist. I saw the specialist who referred me to someone else and told me they weren't sure why I was sent to them in the first place. Annoying, but it happens. A month after my appointment I received a call from Dr. Lane's office and was told that they provided the specialist with the wrong medical ID number so it is no longer considered a referral visit. So what should have been a $70 copay is now $375 for a 20 minute with a specialist who questioned why I was there to begin with. The person that I spoke with from Dr. Lane's was very rude and told me there was nothing they could do because it was more than 3 days after the visit. I asked how it was my fault that they had the wrong ID number when I handed them my current ID card when I was there for my physical. I was told that it must have been a mistake but that it falls on me even though they scheduled the appointment and provided the specialist with the incorrect info. This person was very rude, dismissive and extremely nonchalant about the fact that they cost me over $300 from their mistake when there was no way that I could be aware of it. Long story short, they made a mistake, acknowledged that it was a mistake but have not been willing to work with me at all to correct it. They seem fine if you just need to go in for a yearly physical but anything beyond that, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

If you have a hard time remembering your appointment don't go here they're very rude and have an attitude when you let them know why, they can care less. When you have epilepsy and are very forgetful and they confirm with you days previously, you're definitely not going to remember. They called me and told me that they confirmed with me but then tells me they confirmed with my wife but wife said they did not. But my main concern is the attitude they give when you try to explain why you couldn't make it or whatever. The disrespect that was given, being dismissed while trying to talk, and they kept interrupting and talking over me. The unprofessionalism by Laurena Valente Nfp-bc Was so disrespectful and uncalled for. I went to an appointment with her , had all these health complaints that I wanted to be treated for by specialists. So we came up with a plan and was to schedule the appointments for me. Time went by while I waited for a phone call for the appointments and got nothing so called the office back and was told she never scheduled them because she thought I wouldn't go. Which is not up to her to decide. Not only didn't she make the appointments , she was supposed subscribe my medication and one was an epilepsy med which was running out of, which she chose not to fill. So we called and her response for it was because she didn't think i would go. I'm so offended and feel so disrespected. The worst experience I've ever had. I get the fact I miss appointments, but it happens it's life and they get paid either way. I don't understand the attitude and unprofessionalism.

He is a very caring doctor who takes the time to listen and never takes your concerns lightly. His nurse practitioners are all great and all have the same concerns for their patients health and well being.

My husband and I have had Dr. Lane for years. I recommended him to all my family and friends, he's a great pcp! Very thorough, doesn't take chances and he listens. His staff is really great and pleasant to work with. If I can give him and his staff 10 stars I would!
