I am really concern about my health i been calling these people for an appointment since i been feeling weak and sick got blood work done and been calling to see if they can read my results and they hang up the phone,plus the other day i went personally and they were talking about some patients they have refering to them as that idiot,i really think that is really unprofessional. They are not responsible on telling you or calling you for results when you call they hang up or change the appointment at last minute when you need it the most.

Dr. Meltsakos is one of the caring doctors I've ever met. The staff is also very friendly and caring. You may expect extended waiting times because Dr. Meltsakos has a lot of patients and he's not the kind of doctor who rushed out.

So I called to have the office fax the medical form for the vaccine. I was told they don't do that. They mailed it and I had to fax it myself. When I called to see if they received the fax, I was told the doctors office should have been the one to fax it. Now I have to wait till May to be vaccinated because I waited so long for the form. Shame on the office for not faxing the form as recommended. Not a good way to take care of their patients.

Been a patient for a couple years and still haven't actually met Meltsakos. Impossible to communicate with the office, phone is always busy and they never answer. Slow to respond to messages. My last physical was conducted by an unsupervised student. Not a fan of this practice at all.

Wonderful doctor. Could be a bit more prompt. Is usually stuffy in his office. Only likes to take care of one problem at a time. Other than that, no complaints. The staff is all great and super friendly!
