Pentucket Medical Riverwalk (Mass General Brigham Community Physicians)

I was under Dr. Mayuri Rapolu care. During this time, I encountered a concerning incident where my medical record was altered in a way that did not accurately reflect the original information. This experience has left me questioning the accuracy and transparency of my care. I believe patients deserve clear and honest documentation, and I share this so others can make informed decisions when choosing a provider.

Edit: I was able to speak with Rosemary and she was beyond amazing! She got appointments for my husband and mother in law and without any issues. She answered all my questions and cared for my concerns. Thank you Rosemary!!!! I'm on hold for the 3rd time trying to get an appointment for my husband and mother in law as new patients. I have repeatedly said I needed to book appointments for the 3 of us, the first-time someone picked up the phone, the lady immediately hanged up, the second time, I explained I needed to book appts as new patients for my husband, mother in law and my self, all our info is already in the system. The lady helping did my information first, and when I was about to provide my husband info she hanged up!!! I called again just to be placed on hold for another 26min, when someone finally answering they hanged on me. At this point I'm going to cancel the appointment I was able to get for myself.

I had my blood drawn there and the phlebotomist kept nodding off! I was terrified to say the least!! It was highly unprofessional and I'd never go back! I won't put her name out there but she needs help!

With regards to Dr. Mayuri Rapolu This facility misplaced my medical records from inception or destoryed them upon reciept... They wont answer general questions and will downplay a condition originally diagnosed by several liscenced professionals. I would try to avoid Dr. Mayuri Rapolu as she will attempt add additional unwarranted requests. Possibly mishandle sensitive medical documents as well.

Everyone I encountered, starting with the person at the registration desk, was professional and courteous. The nurse went out of her way to make me feel at ease. The nurse practitioner I saw was fabulous! She was attentive and knowledgeable with a wonderfully warm "bedside manner." I felt completely taken seriously and in great hands! After my appointment, I had follow-up questions that I didn't think of that day so called the office the next day. The nurse got right back to me and then followed-up by mailing me dietary information to augment the doctor's recommendations. Fabulous experience!
