If I could I would give it no stars. They are absolutely the worst hospital I've ever dealt with. We have been three times in 2 weeks. My daughter's jaw litterly will not open. Has not been able to eat for 10 days. Has been vomiting. Not one person cared. The blonde 20 something nurse named Taylor in the ER she is an awful person and should be required to take some sensitive classes. I hope she gets a nurse just like her someday. And the old big "security" guard should probably get his ears checked.They are a waste of hospital space. We are definitely filling a formal complaint. Just take the drive and go to Boston. Or just any other hospital.

Terrible I waited 10 hrs in the corner hallway while others got water and at least some drink and crackers. The staff lied about who my nurse was after changing staff. My blood pressure was very high. The here was some emergency that held up every one yet nurses sat and chatted in their station. I froze until someone finally got me a blanket. Not 1 nurse or doctor came by but said everyone was occupied. Crazy drug addicts enter the waiting room swearing and throwing objects. No one speaks English. If you don't speak Spanish your ignored. I mentioned the oriental nurse and staffed ere all over me not caring if I left with no results or compassion. I got lost trying to find my car and arrived home sick late at night. I was worried about my pet having no water. The nurses were uncaring and downright mean.This is the emergency room 10 hrs of wait there and then the hallway. If your alone and elderly DON'T GO THERE I had to leave and now see my primary. I never want to go back. Most people had little bruises or little medical problems but care is free for them. If you desperately need care then go by ambulance. If you don't speak Spanish or other language then don't go there. Everyone I know hates it. Go to Holy Family instead. Always hav some one with you .

Had an experience with a nurse, that lacked class, respect, etiquette and people like her should not work in healthcare period. She inserted herself while caring for another patient into a respectful conversation between my family and the receptionist. It takes zero dollars to be a decent human being and communicate any hospital policies without initiating a disrespectful tone or attitude (especially when they are approached with respect) when these are people that are clearly coming into an ER in various states of emotional or physical distress. There's no reason to receive anyone like that. I think this hospital should heighten their standards for hire and better train and hold their employees responsible for their crude behavior. Especially a nurse

I would like to Thank Courtney from the bottom of my heart. My Mom has been admitted 2 times in a week. I have grown up using this hospital. This experience was so very different than any others. It was as always very busy Mom was in the hallway. (Which was not the best circumstances.) The care by Courtney and all staff we encountered was amazing. Courtney went above and beyond for my Mom. Very calming and caring in such a stressful situation. Courtney absolutely made a difference on my perspective of this hospital. SO GREAT FULL WE HAD YOUR HELP COURTNEY! Thank you again!!!!!

I was shocked at how dismissive, uncommunicative, and unprofessional the front desk woman and nurses were. I was left waiting for long periods without updates, vitals, or basic courtesy. The doctor and CT team were kind, attentive, and reassuring, providing the only positive parts of my visit but I only spent around 10 minutes total with them. Overall, I left feeling unwelcomed, ignored, and disappointed in the care provided by most of the nursing staff.
