Dr Straceski is the BEST! He is smart, dedicated and compassionate. He treats his patients like they were family. Some complain about their office visits running late, but remember emergencies happen and he is well worth waiting for because he is there when you need him. We have been his patients for many years and feel very fortunate to have him.
Dr. Straceski is very good. He talks to his patients like they are human beings and makes sure you understand what he is talking about before you leave his office. He does not leave you waiting, whether it is in his waiting room or in the exam room. He gets you in and out as quickly as possible without rushing you out the door. He makes you very comfortable when he is with you.
Dr. Straceski is a wonderful doctor. Five stars for the doctor. 1 star for the office staff. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the doctor. The issue is his office staff, which I'm sure he has no control over. I found the staff to be hey rude and incompetent. I don't think they manage that office well. They do not seem to have any respect for anyone's time. It's so bad that I've decided to leave the practice after years of care and continue my cardiology treatment elsewhere, which is sad, because as mentioned, Dr. Straceski is a great doctor. Word of advice to the office staff, a little respect goes a long way.
A very close family member had a very bad experience with this cardiologist at the worst possible time. It's a shame. Patients look to you at their worst moments for comfort, knowing that regardless of the prognosis you will treat them with the respect and dignity they deserve. In light of these circumstances the family become the new patient(s), as they will be the ones left with the last memories of their loved ones final days and the care they received. MOST of the medical profession shine during these moments. The true character and purpose of serving comes to light at this dark time. You sir, failed miserably. Your lack of compassion unfortunately has carried more weight than the phenomenal work of all the other professionals who work "beneath" you. This is why this matters. One bad apple really can ruin the whole lot. I hope you find why you entered this career, and if it isn't for the brief moments when you can provide some semblance of closure and compassion for your patients than quit. Because you're doing more harm than good.
Dr Straceski is a great doctor. Very thorough, explains everything clearly and takes time answering any questions and concerns you may have. His staff is very nice also
