I met Dr. Alvarez on Monday, December 15th. I immediately felt at ease with him. He really listened and asked clarifying questions. He must have spent an hour with me. He put together a good plan for me and I am comfortable going forward. I felt that he truly cared about me and what I was experiencing. He had a resident with him, also a very nice doctor! Dr. Alvarez was quick to point out anything unusual or interesting in my chart and made sure the resident understood his train of thought and analysis. He took advantage of every teaching moments. Truly one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor (there have been many)!
