I have been a pt of Hatfield Cardiology for at least ten years. I am now 90 and well maintained. I have read other reviews and wonder if we are talking about same office. Never have experienced any rudeness , impatience or bad manners. My care has been excellent. Thankful I have them to turn too.
Have had excellent care, referrals, follow-up visits and phone assistance since I have been using Hatfield Cardiologist. Just past my 2nd year post surgery, all questions answered, great communication with Dr, PA and office staff. Highly recommend.
Steer clear...started with Afib referral from hospital, with no notice he left practice, test recommended without warning it may not be covered & wasn't necessary (still fighting with insurance). I missed my latest follow-up appointment as I care full- time for my husband with Parkinson's disease. Now I am staying with my daughter to be closer to my husbands rehab hospital & forgot my meds. Now they won't refill Metropolol it locally here because I missed last check up & bill for test cost that I'm still fighting is unpaid. Seems to me they care more about the $ than my health! Will search for other cardiology care on Cape Cod
I'm not quite sure if Hatfield thinks she is some Hollywood Dr or what, but I have never experienced an office so rude and careless in my life. I was 6 minutes late..SIX due to my mother needing assistance out of the car in the parking lot and walking slow, and they canceled my app completely. Mind you it took us 45 min to get there. They explained I would have to reschedule. So I tried a few months later as I was extremely upset.. They explained I had missed my appointment and they could no longer see me ever again and I need to find a new dr. HA! I didnt miss my appointment..they chose not to see me. No empathy and just plain rude. 6 minutes late due to handicapped mother, who actually use to be a patient of hers none the less. ..that was the excuse they gave me. Pathetic.
I went to Dr. Matas because Dr. Kalin of Cardiovascular consultants did not want to be my Cardiologist. Dr Matas is a very nice fellow plus he knew more about my medication and changed the dosage. He knows what he is doing
