Patient
I had to come here for a stress test today. The girl who was in charge of my getting it done was so rude and caused me so much pain that it was unreal. I don't think this woman has ever been in pain before because she did pretty much everything that she could to cause me more pain and more problems. Not only that, but on the way out, she pushed my wheelchair and twisted it so fast that the cup of hot tea that I was holding managed to spill all over my pants and legs. She did not even push me all the way to my car. She pushed me to the curbside, and that was it. She had given me no time at all to recover from the pain of having the test, so I was in incredible pain. She didn't even push me to my car. She just left me at the sidewalk near my car. It was pouring rain out, but she did not pause to let me zip up my raincoat before we went outside, even though I asked her to. She said she didn't have enough time. Cape Cod Healthcare is known for having extremely rude and mean nurses, but this one takes the prize. She was rude in the way that she talked to me and and everything that she said to me. The situation I had here and at Cape Cod Hospital with the nurses and staff needs to be deleted from my mind. I have never been treated this badly before. They actually enjoy hurting you and mistreating you. And all I had ever done was try to be nice to the nurses who were carrying out my test. Two of the nurses were very nice, but this woman and her buddy were just cruel. I would never go back to have a test done there again. Cape Cod is known for having cruel nurses so I especially tried to be nice to all of them there and make them feel comfortable. It was so strange though - it was like being in a different world of just mean and cruel people. I am surprised that my doctor would work at such a place.
