Pentucket Medical Associate- Haverhill

Such a bummer my PCP moved to this practice.. She is amazing, too bad you cant get someone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Ive tried multiple times, on hold for 30+ minutes, then transferred to wait on hold for more. I just needed an appt for a yearly. Guess I'll look elsewhere.

The experiences with the staff have always been wonderful, the only reason for the 3 stars is their is absolutely no parking available. The lot to the side is always jam packed, I mentioned it to the woman checking in people for appointments and she mentioned that the staff may be parking their? I had to circle the lot designated for patient parking 4 times and luckily 1 spot became available, if not, I couldn't of made my appointment which would not have been my fault. If the staff is parking their, please have them park somewhere else. I saw a half dozen cars trying to find parking, a little frustrating....

First time and it was a Great Experience all around ! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff made the time there pass quickly and felt safe in good hands. Thank You !

I love all my doctors and there are associates, the girls who run the offices not so much. And also I think it's about time somebody fix the phone system. I have been awake this morning at 10 o'clock. I got on the phone and I'm still on the phone on hold with Pentucket Medical Associates, and to have this question answered before my procedure . I'm trying to get a connection for the day surgery department on the first floor in Haverhill . E Everything else has changed some for the better however, the phones it seems will never change and you can't get through.
