Dr. Davidson and the nurses are great, very nice, that is why it is 5 stars.. IF the review was only based on office staff, it would be 1 star. It is the office staff you need to watch out for. Incredibly rude and not helpful at all. My dad is a patient and has been having a lot of tests, etc to try and figure out what is wrong with him. Office called me, I answered, no one was there. I follow up and call back to see why they were calling me. Woman who answered was basically like "we have 27 people who work here, I cant possibly know who called you." I didn't ask who called me. I asked her to look up why I was being called. She "claims" there was nothing in the system as to why I was being called and said they would have left a message. I explained that no one left a message, because I had answered the phone and no one was on the other end. I'm not calling to be given an attitude by a receptionist who clearly either needs to retire or shouldn't be working in an office environment if you can't speak respectfully to patients.
