Been here now twice for separate bloodwork. My nurses were fantastic. And the girl who did my bloodwork this time was ontop of her stuff!!! She got me in quick, was able to find my vein super easy this time and it was a very quick and ultimately painless process. 10/10 you guys

Honestly a GREAT company during business hours; but WHAT IS THE ACTUAL POINT for answering services?!!! There are adults who have extensive neurodivergencies INCLUDING insomnia. Sometimes we remember to call y'all to reschedule something and THEY LITERALLY HANG UP. I WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT. Please!!!! Upgrade things to accommodate us who forget or HEAVEN FORBID you have to go out of your way to send us a message reminding us of appointments. You're about to lose a LOT of clients. There is not excuse to not be considerate and helpful.

I've been going to trusdale health for years there always wonderful helpful polite I have Dr lamp from pulmonary care office she's the best doctor her staff is amazing 10 10 plus I recommend her to anyone who suffers from breathing issues.

I've tried calling several times to reschedule an appointment, but it's impossible to communicate because no one makes the slightest effort to provide an interpreter or assist patients who don't speak fluent English. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Patients deserve respect and proper support, especially when it comes to healthcare. I'm very disappointed with the lack of basic consideration.

Clean facility and the lab is convenient. I go to my primary here and anytime I need bloodwork. Service is prompt and nurses are friendly.
