I am trying to figure out how they have 2.1. Saw this yesterday when I looked them up to see their hours. So, I went and intentionally paid close attention to the waiting times and level of care received. I arrived at 5:30 and was checked in immediately, was called into the back and to a room in 12 minutes. The nurse who called me in was a LPN so she took my info and listened to my concerns and was extremely polite and professional. I spoke with her for exactly 11 minutes. She left the room and I waited for the doctor for 8 minutes. She entered the room and addressed my concerns and was also extremely professional and direct- her time with me was 14 minutes. She called the 2 prescriptions into my pharmacy and they were already preparing them (amazing for my pharmacy chain I use- whole different review needed) while I was exiting the building. It took 5 minutes to receive discharge paperwork. OVERALL: 10 minute drive to them-obviously different for everyone and probably shouldn't include 4 minute time to register 12 minutes in waiting area 11 minutes total with LPN 8 minutes waiting for Doctor 14 minutes with Doctor 5 minutes to receive discharge paperwork 64 MINUTES TOTAL ** I understand that me timing everything is a bit strange but I figured I was going there anyway-so what the hell. I also understand that luck and waiting times differ for everyone. BUT, this SEEMS (because I have never timed my experiences before) to be around my normal experiences at this location. Again, I am not saying that anyone else's experiences are incorrect or not valid, but it's a whole lot better than waiting in the emergency room at any of our local hospitals :)

I had to change my review from 5 stars to one after a poor experience with one of their doctors on 9/9/24. They didn't treat my toddler adequately, and we ended up at the emergency room a few hours later. Some of the nurses are great here, but the doctors seem uneducated and/or inexperienced. I can not trust them to care for my family ever again.

Be careful of false billing. Went to have stitches removed and was repeatedly told I wouldn't be charged (I did pay to have the stitches put in). Now looking at an extra $50 bill for the stitch removal and no one at that location can assist with removing this charge, although they all agree I shouldn't be charged. Staff is very friendly and facilities are clean.

The doctor's diagnosis led us to leave our son struggling to breathe all day under the impression there was nothing more we could do. We went in because our 1 year old son was heavily wheezing and unable to sleep or eat because of it. The doctor assumed he had RSV or Walking Pneumonia, and offered no treatment options besides home care and an antibiotic. We requested some type of nebulizer treatment, but the Dr kept reiterating there was no treatment for RSV. They do not test for RSV at this location for some odd reason, so this was just her assumption. We were encouraged to go home and do our best to help him through his symptoms. After watching his symptoms continue to worsen until he was significantly struggling to breathe, we took him to the ER. At Lowell General, they determined it to be an asthma-like reaction to the virus. They proceeded to give him treatment through a nebulizer, which began to help immediately. We are frustrated that we specifically asked for some type of nebulizer treatment here, and we're flat out denied. It was a complete waste of time, and I cannot trust this location with the care of my children ever again.
