OK ... I WILL KEEP THIS BRIEF 1. my reviews are primarily for accessibility issues/ helpful tips for the mobility impaired. this facility: huge open spaces, dimly lit /dark brown carpet. Difficult to navigate... (clearly outside /inside old facility) BUT DOC ..NURSE... AWESOME...10 STARS!!!!!! 2. B/C NEXT ISSUE IS SO SERIOUS I'LL KEEP IT BRIEF TO KEEP YOUR ATTN..... Medicaid (MassHealth in Massachusetts) mostly because families on Medicaid are poor, and most of them can't leave their 3 jobs to go and VOTE saying thatTHIS FACILITY HAS TO KNOW THAT IT'S FRONTLINE, THE FIRST FACES A PATIENT SEES IS THE FACE OF A WOMAN THAT IS TREATING YOU LIKE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A LOAN AND ABOUT TO GET TURNED DOWN she informed me that my medicare was not enough and asked me several times if I have the card, issues with Medicaid non-renewal that 75,000 other Massachusetts residents have had with no notice at all Albany termination. that's not her problem and I get it but telling me I owe $268 for a telemedicine appointment from 2 weeks ago after I commented that nobody inquired or informed me I would have even $1 for this appointment. 3. THIS WOMAN (AND I'M GUESSING A LOT OF THE "BANK LOAN FOLKS' need retraining re:how to deal w/ people that are in pain, in debt, poor, trying to work and trying to manage their health. I hope this is taken in the spirit of assistance managing your own health, you deserve much better
