OK ... I WILL KEEP THIS BRIEF 1. my reviews are primarily for accessibility issues/ helpful tips for the mobility impaired. this facility: huge open spaces, dimly lit /dark brown carpet. Difficult to navigate... (clearly outside /inside old facility) BUT DOC ..NURSE... AWESOME...10 STARS!!!!!! 2. B/C NEXT ISSUE IS SO SERIOUS I'LL KEEP IT BRIEF TO KEEP YOUR ATTN..... Medicaid (MassHealth in Massachusetts) mostly because families on Medicaid are poor, and most of them can't leave their 3 jobs to go and VOTE saying thatTHIS FACILITY HAS TO KNOW THAT IT'S FRONTLINE, THE FIRST FACES A PATIENT SEES IS THE FACE OF A WOMAN THAT IS TREATING YOU LIKE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A LOAN AND ABOUT TO GET TURNED DOWN she informed me that my medicare was not enough and asked me several times if I have the card, issues with Medicaid non-renewal that 75,000 other Massachusetts residents have had with no notice at all Albany termination. that's not her problem and I get it but telling me I owe $268 for a telemedicine appointment from 2 weeks ago after I commented that nobody inquired or informed me I would have even $1 for this appointment. 3. THIS WOMAN (AND I'M GUESSING A LOT OF THE "BANK LOAN FOLKS' need retraining re:how to deal w/ people that are in pain, in debt, poor, trying to work and trying to manage their health. I hope this is taken in the spirit of assistance managing your own health, you deserve much better

I only came to the Dedham location because there wasn't an availability at my usual location. Never again! I felt rushed, and not heard. The provider kept talking over me. I would NOT recommend this location. I will say however, the lady at the front desk in the lab was nice and the lab techs were nice.

Lindsay S Brunel dislocated my jaw during a routine visit in which I explained my medical condition (EDs), and explicitly told her she could not touch my body AT ALL except my actual ear and only if she needed to move the lobe a little to look inside and that's it. She proceeded to palpate my jaw. Nearly two months later I am STILL out on medical leave. I posted a review here, but it got deleted. I will make sure this post stays. What she did was wrong, and I now have chronic jaw instability. There's little I can do to hold her accountable (I see doctors constantly, no one has EVER done to me what she did, and she should be held accountable). People should know. I had blood drawn that day, and the phlebotomist was perfectly respectful of my boundaries. I saw a podiatrist, Joyce R Child, there not long ago, and she treated me with utter respect, and listened to my explicit directives, so I stayed safe. Lindsay did not, even after assuring me she would, and dislocated my jaw (zero respect for my boundaries).

I tried getting help on information on what time the offices were open. The woman on the phone named Elanda or Elanna , it was hard to understand her with her thick accent , she was confused and couldn't answer my simple question. After looking at a few different websites I found out the hours of operations. Customer service at a medical facility shouldn't be difficult to get help and simple information. I am adding hours of operations to this location to help others who might need that information as well.
