I have been to this office several times and for some reason the staff can't show compassion or even good customer service to their patients. The women downstairs are lovely but once you head upstairs they are rude, short, and treat you like you're bothering them when you have questions. Also, if you tell them you're seeing another doctor outside of the practice they get very defensive. Honestly Atrius Health as a whole needs work.

Dr. Elizabeth Tarnell is the worst Dr. I have ever seen and most of the support staff is incredibly rude. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Dr. Tarnell consistently undermined my health needs and when unable to find an "easy answer" to my problems, would label my severe symptoms as "GERD" or "dehydration" (also giving me the definition of binge drinking via email which I find incredibly insulting). After seeing a new Dr. once, we are on a great track to getting answers to the issues I have been struggling with for over six years.
